Our "vamper" died on Memorial Day about 20 miles south of Brush while driving back to NE. We were able to get towed to A and R. Even though Dustin and his team were extremely busy after the holiday weekend, they were able to get the "vamper" in to find out what went wrong. Dustin and his team were tenacious in diagnosing the problem and getting us back on the road. Awesome service! I can see why they are so busy and stay in business.

Our truck broke down on the interstate as we were heading back home to Iowa. We got a tow to A&R Automotive and they were able to get us in right away, get the issue figured out, and fixed within a couple hours. The girls at the front were extremely friendly, helpful and kept us posted on what was going on with our truck. We had an amazing experience and recommend anyone in the area or passing through that needs their car/truck looked at, to go to A&R Automotive!! Thank you to all the staff for getting us back on the road in no time!

After buying a pickup camper, I needed tie-down brackets installed on my truck in order to haul it. Dustin told me he could do it, so I made an appointment for friday. That day turned into an extremely busy one for him and the crew, and my truck had not yet been finished. Dustin and two of his crew stayed after their closing time, even while his wife and little girls were waiting for him to go to dinner, and they got the job done. Then he even took the time to show me how it was put in, and explained how the equipment works. Thanks to his efforts, my camper is set and ready to travel Monday morning so I can go see my Grandkids in Oregon! I appreciate the high level of customer service I have received at A&R Automotive.
